Chambre super confortable climatisé avec des petites attentions pour les clients. Personnel gentil et accueillant.

Nicely located hotel right outside Basel train station. Room was small but perfect for a solo traveller or couple for a few nights

Excellent hotel with a very convenient location, right next to the train station, which made traveling around the city and taking day trips very easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere, and the staff were polite and helpful. A very good choice for staying in Basel.

In front of the train station. Strange hotel rules at times. You can hear your neighbours.

Always great. Right outside the sbb too convenient

I would 10/10 stay at this hotel again! The included breakfast was amazing with the most polite staff! The front desk people were also very knowledgeable provided my check in promptly. The cleaning staff was incredible refilling my rooms nespresso shots and water daily! The only thing was how small the gym is, only one treadmill and dumbbells to 9kg with minimal room to exercise. So if you don’t care much about a gym then this place is incredible! Very easy access to the Basel SBB and several busses and trams.

Clean room, nice staffs, early luggage drop off was amazing, great location just right across the street from Basel SBB, free Basel card provided.

Very convenient to train station. Our stay included a Basel Transit Pass which made it very easy to connect by tram to the Viking dock. If you are staying overnight and arrive or depart by train its a great location.

Clean and modern - a few feet from the railway station but still very quiet.
