The hotel is very dated and in need of some upgrading.
Towels in rooms were greyish and old.
Would be useful to have a seat or bench to use on the balcony.
The staff were nice and accomodating when required.
Sunbeds around the pool are very low and some people would find it difficult to get down and back up on them.
Hotel is conveniently placed next to the conference centre.

It's a motel. For a bit more, and to get so much better service and modern and clean facility, I would go to Ramada Encore in Seminyak.

Location is okay ,swimming pool and dining area are good , fantastic service, rooms are clean and spacious, however showers need to be update , as well as telephones , the one in my room wasn't working

The staff was very nice. Their problem solving skills sucked. They would re-use the towels and when we did ask for new ones they smelled. Breakfast was not that great but it was $7 USD. They did not Give us toilet paper after the first day of arrival. It was great to wake up to pretty birds chirping. WiFi sucked.

Everything is just fine in this hotel . Excellent service, friendly staff, perfect room cleaning service , laundry etc . The only thing I can complain about is the fact that some guests left food trash by the swimming pool and nobody from the hotel looks to notice it, this happened in two different occasion
