Iv never stayed in such an unkept hotel, the mould in the room was so bad I asked to move, which was alittle better, I was so upset I didn’t want to be there, I stayed up most of the night looking for another hotel, we ended up staying for breakfast which was just so horrible, didn’t even finish it , I asked for a refund this is still in despute.

The area of AC cool air is coming is full of molds. It is not so good friend m the hygiene point of view. I guess some people can be sick due to this.

It was Abit problematic stay started due to room smell , however after checking some rooms, I figure out one and it was ok.

Made to stand at reception for 1 hour on arrival

Booked 2 rooms for 2 consecutive nights (requested for side-by-side but was not granted). Aircon was not working in one of the rooms, requested for room change butEngineering assistance but

Nice, room facing the pool. but the water of the "fountain" on the window is bit dirty. bit distance to walk to the beach but should not be a problem to those who enjoy walking. Or just grab a gojek :D

It was overpriced for the service & facility ... towels were a little bit stinky ... swimming pool not clean so no one interested to swim ... room was basic ...

I am from UK. Stayed there for three nights. Nice swimming pool area. Computer terminals available for use with MS office, clean linen available upon request, hot and cold shower, English movie channels, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Air con not good in the room. Lots of mosquitoes in the lobby and dinning area.

I almost lost my job because the internet connection is really bad. I cant even access any website at all. They dont even have wired cable for internet back up. internet is very important for me because i am working online. nothing special about breakfast. its always the same

This hotel is to far from any good tourist places, the location is not convenient, I think you can get better location for the same price
