I stay 2 nights the reception staff was very friendly the room is clean the location is perfect

Yes, that was fresh

This hotel used to be super clean and it seems it hasn’t been well maintained. The day staff was fine and helpful. But, the night reception staff was dissapointing. For example, the man who checked us in didn’t really know how to speak English - he was using Google Translate - to speak with us. We repeatly kept making new keys because one of them never worked. Until, I had to specifically asked, if they could make sure both worked. Cleaning mess wasn’t there anymore, the edge between the shower and the sync was never cleaned during our stay.

Clean room , nicely decorated modern upgraded . Quiet . Staff professional . Restaurant food service and staff excellent . Breakfast very healthy

Great hotel. Rooms very well appointed. The hotel is a bit outside the city centrw but there are trams and a subway close by. Staff were very friendly.

Nice and quiet but we would have liked the room to be colder. Would only go as low as 18 degrees and it did not feel that cold. Might have been that it was so hot outside and could Not reach that temperature . It felt more like 21 or 22 degrees in the room,

Clean & comfortable room, professional staff, great little cost-free comforts

Thank you for the hospitality, but lobby staff should be prepared to answer typical questions about ground transportation:-)
