It was fine for a one night stay. Close to food and shops. Room was clean for the most part, but the mirrors and glass/shower were not spotless: fingerprints and dusty. Better suited for a couple since the bathroom has no door and the shower is all glass and in the middle of the room.

Clean room, no noise close to Main station

This is about 5 mins from Central Station. 2 mins from the hotel there are trams that take you to Marienplatz (tram 19) and other tourist places. There are at least 2 supermarkets/ groceries within 5 mins: Lidl and REWE. You can get water, beer, wine, produce, bread, croissants, ham, etc. The breakfast is amazing: eggs, cheeses, salami, ham, veggies, fruit, all kinds of breads and rolls. They are very helpful with the luggage storage. We checked out, went to Dachau and 6 hrs later we came back for our luggage. The only minus is the construction zone across, there is a lot of building in that neighborhood

Staff

Again, one of multiple times that I’ve stayed here with wonderful staff and with all the amenities working each time. They’re kind quick and happy to help with anything. Close to the train station is a pro for traveling and is less than 20 minutes by S Bahn to the Flughafen.

The AC went out for 2 of our 4 days, which during the heat wave made it difficult to sleep, but fortunately it got fixed for our last day. Breakfast was very good. The staff were helpful and professional. The hotel is a super convenient location and quite for being at such a busy intersection.

It’s great for me

Had an impromptu trip to Frankfurt and needed to stay close to Messe - hotel has excellent location. Staff is very courteous and attentive to needs. I asked if a change in room would be possible and the staff was very accommodating; KUDDOS to them, The beds are very comfortable. Housekeeping in rooms impecable! Elevator lobby and public WCs could use a bit more care in terms. overall experience very satisfactory. would stay again.

Amazing

We had to be relocated as our room had a pervasive chemical smell. The staff was in agreement and very responsive. Replaced room was very good. The area around the station had obvious substance use activity so walk fast
