Excellent 1 night stay, thank you!

Room is tidy and clean, staff is friendly, air conditioning makes comfortable: This location is perfect! Highly recommended!

A couple of members of staff were strange to be honest, not quite sure how to describe them other than that. But I’m sure they were isolated incidents. The room is big standard, but perfectly fine. However, our shower was full of black mould in the cracks and between the shower glass and floor. The air con also smelled very foisty. The bed was clean, and the main areas of the room were also clean.

Property is very clean. Only thing is the rooms are to small. My fault for not paying attention to the advertising. However despite that it’s very good. Complimentary wine and cheese for loyalty membership. Again very good but if you need room space it’s different. If I had been traveling alone this would not matter

My twin sister and I had a fabulous stay at the Z Hotel. The room was lovely and clean, the amenities were excellent. We can’t say enough about the staff! They were so pleasant, attentive, considerate, obliging …. We are definitely going to return there for another stay. We wished we could have stayed longer. The food was freshly made, the free cheese and wine buffet Saturday evening for their guests was such a surprise and totally unexpected but exceptional. Totally recommend this Hotel ❤️

The hotel is in a perfect location and while the rooms are small, they provide everything needed for your stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well. I would stay again.

Way smaller room with bathrooms offering no privacy. Not even a mini bar in the room. When I asked to keep something in the ref they completely denied saying it’s written that there is no minibar. Very unhelpful and most of their staff always visible eating at the lobby. Just a congested stay and a high cost I won’t recommend

The room was quite dusty by the window and the blind had a tear at the side, our window view was the side of a building with little light coming through, otherwise it was a good room. Very small for the price but it is right in the center of Bath so location made up for it a bit.

Staff were lovely. Location excellent. Rooms are v basic and not at all luxurious but it’s a great price for a central location.

Clean room with everything I needed!
