We had twin beds & I had a double quilt cover on mine it had such a big hangover I kept getting my foot stuck in it. They didn’t clean our room on the Sunday for some reason? We managed using our towels twice & making our beds. We had to keep calling down for more coffee & sugar, coffee machine didn’t work one day seemed it was full of expired coffee caps, wile doing it he spilt some coffee over the bin onto the floor & just left it !! On the first day we needed help with air conditioning. Beautiful main light but couldn’t find a switch for it?? Ordered dinner one night of fish & chips, no salt vinegar. Just a plate with a cloche over. Knife & fork of course.

Great staff Great location

Had a wonderful stay in Bath. Initially stayed in a vault room (which was beautifully appointed and very cool), but felt a little claustrophobic there, being underground. The staff was super accommodating in getting us a very nice room on a higher floor. Beautiful space, food was excellent, and the location was quiet and convenient for walking the town. Next door to a gorgeous, historic Catholic Church. 5 stars for me!

The hotel generally was good and I'm maybe being a little to picky but, the bath was amazing though was a stand alone bath. Due to this, behind the bath was actually quite filthy. It would be better if the bath was built in as there is also no where to put your shower gels etc while bathing. We were only supplied 3 coat hangers which is nowhere near enough. A coat stand or hooks would be good so coats could be hung up. Also, the lighting for the mirror in the room was dim so my wife struggled to do her make up. The room we had was a premier king room.

The rooms are gorgeous and beds are super comfortable.

The location was ideal. We were able to walk everywhere.The furnishings were lovely. The staff was wonderful and informative.

Room was down a stairs into the basement area and another two steps up into the room. No lift for our room. Room was nicely decorated and comfortable very clean and lovely bathroom products. Bar restaurant area was lovely food was delicious as was breakfast. Parking was opposite hotel in an open public car park with parking fees. Location of hotel was excellent for city centre snd roman baths minutes away.

I loved everything about this hotel! From the cute literary decor, the amazing staff, and proximity to everything including the train station!
