Great family hotel in quiet area of Queens walking distance to the subway station. It was about 15 minutes to Times Square or Central Park. The room was spacious, I was surprised by nice full fridge with freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Great place for family on the budget for exploring Manhattan. On Sunday the breakfast area could be cleaner.

I have stayed here a half a dozen times. The staff is kind, friendly and helpful for all your needs and questions. Hilton is most fortunate to have the manger Enzo.

Wifi in Room 204 was very slow

Huge room but with no furniture in kitchen area

It was good but the staffs good have been more friendly.

Clean room and kitchen

Staff were very helpful and breakfast perfect for a good start to the day. Thank you

I stayed here for 2 weeks on business, the hotel is perfect for that or as a way to explore New York City. The amenities are excellent, the prices are fantastic for what you get, the bed was comfortable that shower was great. More than anything, the staff was very helpful and friendly. It's not fancy but it's an excellent clean hotel

I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the hotel due to below reasons -Breakfast has very limited options ( not even a scrambled egg, not even one veggie option) horrible coffee! -Beds were double and not queen sofa bed had an uncomfortable mattress -Pillows were smelly and not comfortable -Shampoo bottle was empty -55$ per night parking !

Staff mailed something I had left in the lobby on our way out. Excellent service.
