Property was located in a good area easy links to the metro. Only problem was the floor in the room was dirty which was vacuumed once requested. Breakfast is good. Staff are nice and friendly.

The rooms are clean, and they have a good breakfast.
There is a laundry area in the hotel that you can pay using a credit card. Good location, with a 10 minutes walk to the nearest number 7 subway.

They did have free breakfast in the mornings. It was hot food like egg, sausage, and hot potatoes. Amazing. I asked for a plug for the shower and they gave it to me so that was really good. We got a shuttle to the hotel and we were checking out. We got a shuttle to the airport. It was nice. The guy his name is Robert gave us a little tour. It was our first time in NYC it’s close to the subway, but you do have to walk up a five minute hill, which is not bad. The The bed was super comfy, and the cleaning staff cleaned the room every day and made the bedsheets. would definitely book again when I go back.

A little more isolated from my rental car return than I expected—perhaps a misunderstanding. Breakfast was great; all seemed clean & new.
