Parking easy staff perfect

It was everything good

The hotel rooms were very modern and seemed recently refurbished, at least on the floor we were allocated to. Beds were comfortable and linens of good quality. The bathroom was spacious and toiletries of good quality. We had several rooms in our party and the hotel ensured we were in rooms close to each other, which was appreciated. Although the rooms appeared clean, there could be more attention to detail. One of our party received a cut from broken glass shards, which had been left under the rug by a previous occupant. When the reception was informed it was promptly cleaned, but the apology was not really adequate. Other than that, the staff were helpful. The reception space was nice, if a little dark. We never had to wait long for lifts. The breakfast was really good, with lots of options allowing for different choices over our stay of a few days. The restaurant area, and the bar, were pleasant. The only issue was that the hot plates were not sufficient, so almost always the hot options were barely warm or even almost cold. That was a little disappointing, but could be easily rectified. The hotel is a little out of the city, but it could be easily reached by bus or car. There was always space for our car in the parking area. Our towels were changed every day, even though we followed the instructions to spare them being washed. Meanwhile, we would rather have had one change of our bed linen during the stay instead. Overall, a nice hotel, which I would be happy to recommend.

Great breakfast and very helpful and friendly staff.

It was a very clean room and the food was great . Only issue was A/c didn’t work well and you had to open a window to alot of traffic noise

Good location near airport and with good access around Sofia for business meetings. Restaurant good value and quality. Only negatives - small and gloomy gym (basement level) and you cannot really walk anywhere from the hotel.

Nice hotel, great breakfast buffet, all staff really nice. Nice and clean rooms and located short drive from airport

Smooth transitions and spacious room. Breakfast was good and overall an excellent experience. The last time I stayed here was around 2008 when the hotel wasn’t even open. We were fog bound at Sofia airport and had nowhere to stay, only a crippy little B&B that Bulgaria Air offered us. We persuaded the manager to let us stay whilst they were staff training! Great night then and loved it again now 17 years later!

Feels brand new and well taken care of Kinda far away from transportation but not terribly so The gym was kind of a let down
