I was taking off from Sofia airport and the Novotel is quite close by. There’s also a big mall with a grocery store virtually next door where you can kill some time. Not the kind of place I’d stay as a tourist, though, as it’s just too far from the center of town. I suppose it’s not meant to be a place for tourists anyway. My room was rather tiny, but it did have a cool bathroom.

The hotel definitely caters to the international travel. Great location too!

Wonderful hotel, every time we travel through Bulgaria we stay there with the family. The staff is super friendly, the amenities are great and being located so close to the airport makes all the difference.

We were surprised for how clean and comfortable this place was for us expending one night. Plenty of space in the room and nice bathroom too.

Staff not helpful at all. Housekeeping skip days for cleaning. They don’t give you water bottles. The ironing board was damage, broken. The bed was small and the room I tried to get was not for 3 people. The description says 1 sofa bed but there was a sofa only. No comforter just a rusty brown type of throw. Only good thing is that hotel is right next to a mall and in front of the bus stop. That is it.

Great stay at this hotel, very clean room, professionally stuff and the big Mall nearby is a nice plus. Great breakfast, fress and tasty food. Parking underground very nice.
