I am 75 yo and have travelled extensively. This the worst travel experience I have ever had. Rooms available from 2pm reception closed at 3pm (Sunday). Toilet water continuously running(noisy) from outset. Toilet started flooding onto floor after flushing at 11:40pm. Contacted emergency number at 12 midnight as water on floor was slippery and dangerous. After 10 mins on hold was advised that they would organise emergency plumber and call me back. Nothing by 12.50am so called them back Eventually they advised no plumber and they refused open up alternative room or common toilet facilities (gym/swimming pool) for us. Told us to find alternative accommodation at 1am and if we passed in our key they would refund that days accommodation. Totally impractical. We got about 1 hrs sleep it ruined our holiday and they didn't even apologise.

The Paradise Island Resort is great. Walking distance to beaches, G-link and shops/ restaurants. It's well maintained.

Good place, walking distance to the beach. But nobody told us, that gym, sauna and toilets near pool will be closed all the time

Seems good for an overnight stay, but it it’s run down and could do with a upgrade..

The beds were very old and had worn out hard mattresses. After flushing the toilet would not refill straight away. The room needed a face lift and some maintenance but was clean. Staff were always pleasant and welcoming. The only real downside was the condition of the mattress otherwise a very enjoyable stay

Dryer didn’t work, tv didn’t work, dirty towels !!

Quietly situated, Short walk from restaurants and other facilities. If you are into fishing easy access to the pontoon and has a lovely pool area.

The room was dirty. Curtains had dirty hand prints on them could not even use the freezer it was so frozen over. Rat poo in bathroom drawers bed was 2 singles put together and 1 was a inch higher than the other , so uncomfortable. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Needs to be rebuilt.
