Came with family, worth it. Old building, but worth the staying. Good view for everything near to shops. Love the pool, BBQ n even our room.

If you must stay in surfers it is on the high end of what is available. Rooms were dirty. Building is old. Windows rattle. Blinds are broken so the light outside constantly shines in. Very loud over the weekend. Spend the little bit extra and stay at Novotel or outside the city.

I found it super clean throughout the apartment and plenty of room to move around, everything one needs at your fingertips. Great location and you may want to bring your eye mask for a more peaceful sleep as I was a little disappointed with the amount of street light shining directly into the bedroom at night through the large gaps between the blinds it was darker in the lounge room than the bedroom, had some difficulty with the door lock at first but after talking with staff on my phone it worked properly again. I was it very cold and the heater/air conditioner is not in bedroom it's in the kitchen, as long as you know how to use the remote control for it you shouldn't need to freeze like I did for a while.

Whilst the room was fairly clean, the bed comfortable and shower pressure good. The bath wouldn’t fill up, the rooms are very outdated and if you were in the 80’s and the noise was horrible. Both my partner and I hardly got any sleep you could not only hear every vehicle that drive by on the main road clear as day you could also hear peoples conversations on the street very clearly it was as if there where no windows in the room at all. Might we suggest investing in double glazed windows to reduce the noise?

Love tiki hotel stayed there about 5 time

The complex is quite dated and needs some work to get up to scratch. Room size was good for who we had but odd set up with child on a bench set up to sleep, had very little open window access as it was bolted down so couldn’t be opened any further, with what would have been a nice pool 10 years ago it seems maintenance is needed. Unlikely to stay again.

Was nothing like the pictures, it was old and not very clean. Will never stay again

Bring own food and cooking gear but kitchen had microwave,toaster and kettle and utensils. Very clean room and big the spa room

Very clean and the people at reception were fantastic.
