We arrived way ahead of check in time, from a very long flight(22h) at 8am and check in time is at 12pm, the staff members did such an amazing job in getting us in the room earlier. Very grateful, definitely would recommend Novotel to others. Breakfast was great.

Air conditioning was broken. Room was very small.

The Novotel Wien City is in an excellent location close to tram stations and restaurants. My rating is due to issues with the A/C not working. laundry services being closed over weekend and no close by alternatives to use. Our bathroom sink did not drain properly so that was an annoyance. Management on property were excellent to work with us on these issues but I would be remiss to not inform potential clients to check if these issues are resolved before booking.

Clean rooms, specialist staff

This hotel surprised me because the rooms were spacious compared to the one we stayed in Paris Eiffel Tower location. It’s newer and modern, clean and smells amazing. It’s is walking distance to restaurants, sights and shopping and the train station is a few steps away. We didn’t try the restaurant because we wanted to try the restaurants around the hotel. They use virtual concierge which was very efficient. I highly recommend this hotel.

Kahvaltısı cok iyi değildi ama yeterliydi

Nice central (relatively) location, close to the red and green lines as well as trams. Walking distance to St. Stephan (-20 min). Will recommend.

Room was okay, there was a rather annoying beep which could have came from the crossing below, plus the road noise is rather loud. Staff were okay, when we ran out of toilet paper (due to housekeeping not replenishing it) they said go to the communal bathrooms downstairs and get some. Housekeeping come rather late in the afternoon so bear this in mind if you want an afternoon relax in your room as you may not be able to. Shower in the room was okay, it runs directly from the hose so it’s like a jet, plus the step into the shower from the bath is pretty steep!
