Excellent.

Pure luxury!! Hotel Palais Mailberger was our favourite hotel during our recent Central Europe Tour. A hidden oasis amongst the hub bub of Vienna city life. From the moment of entering this hotel...it reads professional, comfortable and sumptuous. From the large well appointed rooms with it's extravagant fine linens to the sauna room full of peace and tranquility. The reception staff are are the first and last impressions for any hotel. All the staff at Mailberger have local expertise, professional presentation, exceptional communication skills and are engaging. The dining area staff included! Thank you ladies. We were treated like high society during our stay. I'm missing my morning Cafe Lattes and freshly made omelettes already! The rooms are large!!! Every item is carefully selected for an opulent stay. From the fine linens on the bed, the fluff white towels and well maintained rooms. To the A La Carte menu in the morning room, with it's white table cloths and fresh flowers. It's the little things European thingsthat made me smile during our visit. The air conditioning was whisper quiet and the room dark due to interior doors and great thick black out drapes. I loved the windows that open into the courtyard and the peace and quiet of being tucked away in a little slice of heaven. When we return to Vienna we intend to stay here again. we have already recommended the hotel to all our friends and family. I'm sure they will enjoy it as much as we did. Strong work team!!

World class breakfast. Great selection of fresh super tasting food that beats most luxury hotels worldwide for quality and unmatched low price!!!

lovely historic building in the heart of Vienna

Hôtel très charmant, historique, très bien entretenu. Personnel souriant et serviable. Chambre petite mais très propre, lit confortable, calme. Climatisation efficace. Déjeuner épatant avec buffet fabuleux et menu à la carte délicieux. Service impeccable. Cour intérieure agréable et confortable. Situation parfaite pour visiter, près de multiples endroits de prédilection. Rue piétonnière. Plusieurs restaurants à proximité. Nous avons été ravis.
