The location and the staff make this hotel amazing

This is a classical colonial building turned into a hotel. It's amazing that they still preserve the charm of the historical place and yet offer a modern accommodation. The staff, and Malvin in particular, were very helpful with recommendations for our needs, from dinner locations, money exchange all the way to overnight laundry offerings. This is going to be my staying every visit I pay to Cuzco.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. L'hébergement et le restaurant, tout était parfait.

Perfect landing spot during our Machu Picchu adventures! The staff were helpful and friendly, the onsite restaurant was super convenient and tasty, and the room was beautifully decorated. We appreciated the little things like our to-go breakfast before long day trips.

Since you enter in this property you feel welcome and at home. The staff is absolutely wonderful, they help you in any possible way. Alvin, at the front desk, went above and beyond trying to answer all our questions and solving all of our problems. Rooms were tidy and clean, perfect for our family, the breakfast was great and even the day that we were going to miss it because of early booking for another activity they took care of putting it in a bag to go. The whole vibe of a colonial house is enjoyable and matches the city perfectly. Will certainly stay here in all my visits to Cuzco.

Excellent breakfast, helpful staff, good location

The location is great and close to the center. Staffs are very helpful. The breakfast is great too.

rooms were cold and not very dark in the night

The staff was so kind and helpful. Breakfast was included with many nice options. Location is great, located on a bit of a busy street with some noise at night.

Amazing hotel, excellent staff, great location.
