Excellent staff - very helpful and nice, and arraigned our ride to the airport which worked flawlessly. Great water pressure and hot shower. Great towels. Really good breakfast included; much better than the free breakfast that is typically included at American hotels. Room was quiet (back side of hotel, not on Main Street). Was also nice that the lobby had a water bottle filler. Location is good too, just a 10 minute walk to main plaza.

Despite the bathroom and rooms were small, our overall stay was pleasant. The hotel was nice and clean and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel is centrally located so there is a lot to do.

We had a very pleasant stay at Los Portales Hotel in Cusco. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of the main square, shops, restaurants, and many of the city’s attractions, making it a great base for exploring.
The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The included breakfast was a nice bonus and provided everything we needed to start the day before heading out to explore.
The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, and we especially appreciated having a heater, which was very welcome during Cusco’s cooler mornings and evenings.
The only issue we noticed was that the window in our room was positioned unusually low, which felt like a potential safety concern. Aside from that, we had a very enjoyable stay and would happily recommend Los Portales Hotel to others visiting Cusco.
