Helpful staff and convenient location

Really nice breakfast. Nice hotel location but got a room without windows and nothing to lay clothes or sit on ( room 316). Would expect more as an Expedia silver

Clean room, great location. Breakfast is fine but it could be better if they have option for omelettes.

Room had mushrooms growing inside and cockroaches walking in shower. Not enough amenities in the property. Breakfast wasn’t consistent and not a great menu in hotel restaurants. Staff were friendly enough to assist any request been made.

Hotel is a historic building, dining area is very unique. Breakfast was great. Had dinner and it to was enjoyable. Good location, good value, room was good. Wanted a King size bed at good price with breakfast and this hotel fit the criteria.

For the location the quality price is second to none. Hotel is noisy between rooms.

Hotel is in great location but Room 107 is not recommended as it is above the bar which was loud beyond midnight and also got the worst of the wind storm that was happening (whistling windows and draft) Restaurant on site is great as is the Conscious Carnivore just to the back of the property… Tea/coffee and kettle nice touches and bed was very comfortable and shower was excellent…. Early check-in request was also accommodated which was sincerely appreciated! Would definitely stay there again!

This property is located really well if you are getting on or off a cruise in Cape Town. If you want to walk to the ship it is only about a 15 minute walk. An Uber XL was less than $5US. The staff and rooms were great. The rooms are not large but they are very clean and well outfitted. The breakfast is very good as well. There is lots of shopping and restaurants within 20 minute walk. We would definitely stay here again.
