Great stay! Check-in was efficient, staff were friendly. The room was comfortable and clean.

The staff were great but the condition of the rooms could be improved because one of the two rooms we booked smelled damp and mouldy and had an extractor fan that would not switch off (which was really noisy at night). The other room was fine but there should be consistency.

Breakfast was really good with many options. Near by shops and reauranta within the hotel . Friendly staff and clean rooms . Everything was perfect

Staff was amazing, room was very spacious but lacked amenities like blowdryer. Location of the hotel was perfect for everything we wanted to do (we were in the pick up radius for many tours). Would stay there again

For business, I had to checkout of the hotel, but I checked back in a few days later. My only issue with my second stay was the AC wasn't running cold so I was a little hot at night. Nothing too bad though. The cleaning staff was great too. My second stay was just as enjoyable as the first. I needed an airport transfer so I settled on a time, when I went to check with the transfer company, the told me it would be better to leave earlier due to intense traffic. I'm so glad they informed me so I could change the leave time.

Checking in was super easy and the front desk staff was very friendly. I got my warm cookie and went to my room. The room was decent. I wish there was an outlet besides the bed, but bring a USB-A if you want to charge your devices bedside. The room was cold and the shower was hot. Which made for a pleasant stay. The breakfast had a large variety of items, made to order eggs and pancakes. The staff, I can't say how much I loved the staff. Very professional, they remembered me from day to day, even my coffee order overall adding to the great stay i had at the hotel. The hotel is located inside of another building with some restaurants and shops. It's also located in what appeared to be an industrial area. So access to anything outside of catching a rideshare/taxi/Uber is necessary. The airport transfer needs to be scheduled before hand which they seem to be pretty flexible and accommodating. Overall I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.
