This hotel was ok, location to tourist spots is great and our hotel room was comfortable. The room layout (suite) was not good, the bedroom to the bathroom was too far and the clothing storage area didn't have suitcase space to unpack clothes.
Main comment must go to the extremely cold lobby and even colder breakfast room. Guests were trying to keep warm, even with the hot temps outside. The breakfast staff seemed unhappy and stressed and were unfriendly.
We chose not to eat later at the restaurant in the hotel as it was very cold and the furnishings were unattractive, not comfortable.

極佳 Hotel is excellent. Staff was very attentive. Most of the staff spoke English very well. Breakfast was satisfying. Hotel was accessible to the city in every regard. Close to Metro and taxis were always around. Short walk to Colosseum. Very nice way to start off our visit to Italy.
