Great location

Amazing room, location and staff and the breakfast was just perfect loved our time at WRooms will definitely be back x

The location of this room is amazing. It is right down the street from the Coliseum and in a very nice area with restaurants and gelato and busyness at night. In spite of the busyness, there was no noise from the street inside the room. The owner/manager was extremely friendly and made a wonderful breakfast in the mornings. This is not a "hotel" so someone is there only at certain hours. The room was ok. It had an anteroom with a couch but it didn't really work as a place to lounge or hang out. The bedroom was small with a portable air conditioner that was extremely loud. I slept with ear plugs and still had difficulty sleeping over the noise.

It was ok. Breakfast was pretty good. But the location is a bit hard to find. Very close to the coliseum. Felt more like a bed and breakfast than a hotel.

The owner, and the cleaning lady were great. They couldn’t have been more helpful. The only knock, was the AC wasn’t available yet, as it hadn’t been switched from heat to summer AC. That would’ve been ok, but Rome had a heat wave(upper 80’s) the time we stayed.

In room safe is not working, cannot store my passport. Air conditioner is not working, but Rome was pretty hot on last week of May. Breakfast was excellent though

Everything was excelent!

Anthoni was so kind and his breakfast was amazing!! The bed was VERY comfortable and the location was perfect. Only downside is that the AC unit did not get cold enough and there was no airflow in the room so it was very hot at night. The plumbing in the bathroom also had a bad smell that was pungent. Overall a great experience and again, the host Anthoni was very welcoming and you can tell he really cares about his guests. We stayed only one night.

Breakfast and host were great. Room needs some work. Location is good, close enough to train and forum/colosseum, etc. A little complicated to find and get into, especially without much prior notice. People there seemed to be enjoying it. Quiet place to stay and secure.
