Helpful staff & great breakfast

Highly recommend. Close walk to everything, lots of restaurants, shops, attractions close by. Staff were very kind. Really enjoyed our stay here

There was a putrid odor being admitted from the bathroom drains that made it unbearable to sleep

It’s more like an old broken cheap motel. Room is clean enough but when you get out of the shower the shower towel is soaking wet because of water leaking from the shower towel the bathroom floor, the floor feels dirty and bathroom is wet, I wouldn’t dare to walk barefoot. $230 per night for that quality during June, I expect something better. We stayed in Rome for a similar price range, room is 10 times better.

The breakfast was adequate and complete. The staff was very friendly and upgraded our room to one with the spectacular view of Central Florence. Definitely an adequate hotel at a great price!

This hotel ended up costing us way more as we had to take taxi everywhere. Not a good location and Florence had very limited taxi. Hotel didn’t have any amenities. Not worth the stay.

The breakfast was healthy with many options, pastries, meats, yogurt, veggies and fruit. Staff friendly and helpful.

no coment.

Great spot outside of the city center. Nothing fancy but the bed was comfy and they had a great lobby to hang out in.

Fantastic Hotel, friendly staff Eleonora provided exceptional service.
