Dislikes: Smoking close to where people are eat, food quality in restaurant, horrible cleaning of room and constant plumbing issues, cheap at the front desk with towels.

Our room was clean and spacious. It is located near things people want to see in Florence. Also, close to train and bus but walkable. They also stored our luggage at checkout for the day for much less than a storage place. Great and affordable choice for families or groups of friends!

Property is very well maintained and breakfast was very good. The spa does not appear to be in operation.
