The room was not as described, blood on the wall and certain areas not cleaned properly. I tried to have the property accommodate me to another room where I would feel better to sleep in and the response from the front desk were careless and tried to brush me off like it was nothing. I ended up checking out the same day I checked in and stayed elsewhere. The property refused to give me a discount. I would not recommend staying here.

Great view, breakfast was very good, the front desk staff all had an attitude. We spent $1000 for 3 nights to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary and the staff would not even spring for a bottle of wine

Location, location, location!! You won’t have a better view of the Fontana than the one from your window.

The location was outstanding and the staff was excellent

Room was so cool! I loved the old world feel. Didn't do anything but sleep there but it was great being in the center of things.

I had a TWIN BED during my stay there and a shower I couldn't get in past my shoulders! I haven't had a twin bed for 46 years! Ridiculous!! The elevator was super small and slow; I get it, it's an older building . The noise was extremely loud from the people in the streets partying to the garbage trucks operating at 2:00 am I hardly got any sleep at all. Cabs can't get you to the front door; we had to walk 1-1 1/2 blocks away with luggage and 2 of us are handicapped and we were all seniors. Too crowded in front of the hotel as well; wall to wall people all day!!!

Boutique hotel in an older building. Nice big room with new and clean bathroom. Staff very helpful. Breakfast spread was very good as was the service. Aperitivo overlooking the fountain was generous - prices comparable to high end places nearby. Location in front of Trevi fountain very convenient with amazing views but that comes with crowds and noise so not for you if you are looking for peace and quiet ( but this is Rome in July!) They were very helpful in arranging a taxi (legit with sign and all) to the airport- the usual rate is 55 Euros; we were told 60 ( and agreed) but at the airport the driver demanded 65 E. This is nothing to do with the hotel but beware.

Was in 307 which was ok but the lounges bathroom was beside me. All I heard was the toilet flushing and people talking while waiting for the bathroom. I guess most people are out of room but I’m a solo traveler with early starts at 5 am for my trip to Florence. I guess a Friday night is the lounges busy nite.

It was an amazing experience. Right across from The Trevi Fountain. Breakfast and delicious cappuccino every morning on the top floor with the front row view. The staff are warm and welcoming.
