The staff were helpful. The location was perfect for doing day trips outside of Rome as it was close to Termini. Our room was clean. Breakfast was great!

While the hotel itself wasn’t bad and the staff assisted when applicable The wifi and a/c left much to be desired. The Wifi in question kept disconnecting and could barely handle a few reels on social media or a video call. The AC barely worked it felt as if we were completely outside in the heat even during the night. Yes the windows were closed and we had maintenance come check but due to the language barrier there didn’t seem to be much resolution aside from leaving it alone. A near $400 bill for a 2 night stay left much to be desired.

Conveniently located near Roma Termini. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was modern and clean albeit a little small and the airconditioning a little warm. Breakfast was ok. A decent hotel although a little expensive for what you get.

The breakfast was very average, nothing more. The room is minimal. Air conditioning is very bad. It was so hot all the time. The WiFi is very bad - disconnecting all the time. The rooms were not cleaned good. Bathrooms have lots of mold. Rooms are very dusty even after 4 days of “cleaning”. Management does not care about what is going on at all. Service is bad. Too expensive for what you get. Very disappointed.

Great location

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was of a great standard.

This was a good hotel and we had no issues. The photo with the rooftop hot tub is INCORRECT. That rooftop area is for a specific suite. The public rooftop has no actual view. I would say the location is okay, 20 min walk to main area. Taxis were easy. Staff was nice.

The staff were helpful and were kind letting us have our room early after a long haul flight. It was clean a bit dated but we were happy.

Staff could have been a little friendlier but they were efficient. Room was beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and well thought out. Thanks for having coffee! Air conditioner was very noisy! Very close to train station and walkable to most tourist attractions.
