極佳 We were upgraded to the Suite on arrival and it did not disappoint. The room was spacious with a large private balcony with amazing views. Welcome drinks and sweets waiting on arrival along with a personalised welcome card added to the outstanding service.

Our room was beautiful. Elegant, clean….the bathroom sparkling. I hated leaving this place! The staff was exceptional, helpful, from the front desk to the friendly, welcoming hosts and servers in the dining room. It was so nice to have this retreat waiting for you when you’re out and about all day, experiencing Ireland life. How I love Ireland!

Reception areas and room quality were good although the room we were allocated was very poorly located (dark and partly overlooked a raised platform and hotel reception - room 114.) However on request we were allocated an upgrade and the reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room was very clean although water pressure in bathroom was poor. Staff in dining room and reception were professional and pleasant. Hotel location was less than a 10 minute walk to the town centre and railway station which is perfect for visitors arriving by train

Terrible bathroom and the breakfast was awful. Cold eggs, bad rashers and funny taste off the rolls. Couldn't eat the scrambled eggs.
