Had an amazing stay here. We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms, very comfy with comfy bed and pillows, I wanted to take them home. Found the main restaurant to be a little stuck up, food was fabulous though. We much preferred the pool side dinner and lunch atmosphere. We used the hot pools on the property and decided to go check out the off site pools, we did not enjoy those, the experience at the hotel was much nicer. Highly recommend a day trip to Tabacon only a few minutes drive away. Overall this hotel was amazing and value for money. Book here.

Good: Excellent view of volcano. Plenty of species of birds on property. Decent room with separate shower and in-room jacuzzi. Got help changing the flat tire and perfect location of where to get it fixed.
Not so good: Breakfast was ok at the best. Mixing lots of ice in the juice is not the best way to save money. Breakfast items needed labels so people with allergies or vegetarians can decide. They did it 2nd day after complaint. If there's a coffee in the room then keeping tea bags shouldn't be a big deal. And sending guests to get tea bags from restaurant is not a good practice at the front desk.

This was a fantastic place to stay. We had a great view of the volcano and the jungle. The property offered a great selection of wildlife. The food was great and the staff was very helpful. I would stay again here.

I love the environment and the staff was great unfortunately I didn’t know that this place is more designed for elderly it’s very quiet if your looking for fun I don’t recommend this place .overall the views are amazing.
