Great location and AC! Be prepared to get your steps in as there is no elevator. The rooms are quite small but in a city like Paris it was worth the price and you won’t spend much time in your room anyways! Would stay again.

Very small space, ac not optimal especially during the heat wave

Wi Fi signal was very weak. I could not get on line.

Amazing locale, super cute mini-plaza across the street and much cool stuff within walking distance. My room had the best AC I'd experienced my whole trip, the space was compact but efficient. Was grateful for 2nd floor room, so not as many stairs.

The staff at the Pratic are very friendly. The location is excellent- safe, within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. The place is well-maintained and the fridge in the room is a big plus (and unusual in Paris). Excellent bathroom and air-conditioning.

Rooms are small good if you are traveling alone not good for 2 people nice hotel good location also the WiFi isn’t great it kicks you out a lot and you have to keep logging back in .

Apart from having no lift, everything else was fantastic. Great location and wonderful local restaurants.

Great place to stay to rest your head. No elevator as others have said. Bathrooms are smaller. Expect the entire bathroom to be a shower. For my wife and I this was perfect as we explored Paris.

Good value hotel. Room was very small, but it had everything you need. It also has a small cafe/lobby if you need to sit somewhere with your computer given that there is nowhere to sit in the room given how small it is. Be prepared to shower where you brush your teether and go to the bathroom.

Great location, very small rooms, no elevator. Nonetheless, a nice place to stay at an affordable price.
