Staff were helpful and nice. Hotel itself is trash. Carpet/floors worn out, AC not operating, light bulbs on room out, mold in shower. Overall just really worn out space. Common area is small but only area thata not depressed.

Nice hotel with small rooms, normal for Paris. Breakfast adequate, good catering staff.
Hotel could not find details at check-in The same happened at checkout. Found after long wait. Paper and Credit card details had to be shown as proof.
