Highly Recommended to every one book this hotel without any fear, it’s newly renovated very neat and clean. Breakfast is good too. Reception staff is outclassed specially James, Micheal and 2 girls (sorry forgot their names). Near to Metro and bus station.

The cleanliness was top notch and I have been around Europe traveling for years! I felt like I was at home . Breakfast was a nice buffet which is not always found in Europe so that’s nice. Air conditioning worked good we were in a heatwave hit 40c and we were able to stay comfortable in our room as we needed to escape the afternoon sun. The staff is second to none , very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again when I return to Milano ! We had an excellent trip and are sad to be leaving!

Clean, staff are very helpful especially James and Semona. Love the breakfast.

The room was very clean and the hotel is within walking distance of the Sesto Rondò metro station, making it very convenient for visiting Milan and vicinities. The breakfast was great, but the highlight of my stay was the excellent service provided by the staff—they were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. My only complaint is the air conditioning. It never got strong enough to cool the room, and the wall control seemed more like a placebo than a functional thermostat. Aside from that, I had a very good experience.

James on reception was excellent with perfect English which helped. He explained everything slowly and calmly and directed us to our room. The room was perfectly suitable with functioning air conditioning, and soft pillows, and although the bathroom was a bit dated, it was again perfectly adequate.

Clean rooms and great staff! Breakfast buffet was a bit limited but overall very nice place to stay

Dated rooms with very little modern amenities you'd expect in a 4 star hotel.

Clean room but dirty grout in bathroom and dirty bottom in the bath tub. Ran out of shower gel. Staff service very poor - hard to get a good morning out of them, nevermind a smile..... Scrambled eggs overcooked and luke warm, same for spinach, beans and carrots. All in all, 4 out of 10 from me - room for improvement, especially for the service.

Super service . Great place Thanks for everything

No A/C in the rooms
