THE MOST DISGUSTING ACCOMODATION I EVER BOOKED . I would rather sleep under the bridge than booking this accommodation. What an AWFUL EXPERIENCE I had with the manager person called Joseph . Really evil human being . I booked to stay just before midnight on the last train from Como . I got confirmation email and email to check in upon arriving at the accommodation everything was shut I called and this awful man turned me away in the middle of the night . Awful awful human being and still refused the next few days to release my money . LIKE HOW MORE EVIL CAN YOU BE . you turned me away after accepting my booking , then promised to release my booking because I never stayed there , then you got the nerve to refuse my refund . Evil evil evil human being . I hope you meet evil people who also treat you like you treated me . Scum of a place . I will never even go near that place ever in my life . Please customers book at your risk . I will be blasting it on all social media with all the horrible messages this horrible piece of man sent me . What a shame Italy has wonderful people and places and this piece of evil is not good

Very clean and very pleasant staff has become one of my favorites when i'm in and out of milan, especially if I have trains to catch

Room was clean; all basic amenities present

Contactless check in was nice, room was large & clean, lots of stairs to manage 4 bags on

The room was clean, but it is very old building and the very very very old room. The ground was wood when you walk on the ground, you can hear with that noise and the lightning wasn’t work properly.

Clean room; good instructions via WhatsApp, close to train station.

There is no front desk, but was able to handle most discussion through phone and expedia. It was a convenient walk to the station and rooms were clean and in good shape. Overall would stay again

Nice place, can’t complain except limited check in time meant we couldn’t check in after a delayed late train ride. I’m learning that hotels that offer late check ins are gold dust
