5 Stars - A Perfect Orlando Getaway! If you want the perfect blend of comfort, value, and location in Orlando, Hilton Grand Vacations Club Tuscany Village is the place to stay. My recent visit exceeded every expectation! * Spotless Cleanliness: The lush 34-acre grounds are beautiful, and our room was exceptionally clean and well-kept. Coming back to a pristine suite with comfortable signature beds after a long day at the theme parks was incredibly refreshing. * Outstanding Staff: Every staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. They truly made the resort feel like a home away from home. * Unbeatable Convenience: The location is phenomenal. It is just a few miles from major theme parks like Disney World, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios. Even better, a private gate connects the property directly to the Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets! Having an in-room kitchen also made our trip so much easier. * Great Price & Value: Orlando can be expensive, but the value here is an absolute steal. With amazing resort-style amenities like two gorgeous outdoor pools, a poolside bar, and a fitness center, you get upscale comfort and massive space without breaking the bank. Highly recommended for couples, families, or anyone looking for a stress-free, budget-friendly Orlando vacation. I will definitely be back!

I arrived early and tried to check in. Returned at check in time. No room. Tried again at 7pm. No room. I asked to steak to a manager because no one ever called or followed up on my room. I am a senior citizen and found it very difficult yo keep returning and find out that dim the only one without a room. The manager on duty handled my complaint and got me in a room by 9pm. She promised to credit one room stay and 20k Hilton honors points. I have not received these awards yet. However, I will continue to check. The manager was accommodating. However she did make a remark regarding my senior status that was unnecessary. “Please sit down, I dont want you to fall down.” Mocking my senior status. I am 70 years old and to be in the 99 degree temperature without a room until .9 pm. Can Be strenuous to anyone.

I definitely be back enjoyed the stay everything was clean and staff were very friendly and nice.

When we arrived, the main TV in the living room was not working. So we had to call maintenance for that. Then the next morning we realized the icemaker was not working, so we had to call maintenance for that. And the day before we were leaving, we wanted new towels and it took me two phone calls and over an hour for them to arrive with the towels. So this experience, was not one of our best.

The hotel was amazing. It started with the front staff. The Guest Svc rep was pleasant, charming, and accommodating after a day of travel. The room was recently updated which was a nice addition to our stay. The pool was great, warm, and much bigger in person. I LOVED that I did not have to fight for pool chairs. There were enough for everyone. The pool bar had good drinks and food. I enjoyed the two free coffees or water bottles per day. Communicating with the front desk through text was easy, and they were extremely responsive. The outlet mall is right next door and can be accessed through the hotel. There are many stores and restaurants near by all within a 5 -10 min drive. This hotel is a home away from home. It was also nice to have a washer and dryer in my room especially after days at a volleyball tournament

this place is great but parking is terrible if you return after 10:00 pm.

My stay was amazing as usual. Despite it being a busy holiday weekend, check in was fast and my villa was actually ready early!

We only stayed 1 night: I came in to take a nap from a extremely hot morning. Some kids were running through the corridor ringing bells. I kept being woke up until my husband opened the door and caught them. The bathroom floor needed sweeping, but no broom or dustpan there. When we came back after spending the evening at Epic Universe the elevator had vomit all over the floor and walls. Everybody had to walk up stairs and when we got to our room it was more in front of our door. although we told a worker, which directed us to stairs, we called down and let front desk know. The worker hadn't let them know. We packed up and left.

An excellent place to stay within walking distance to the nearby Vineland Premium Outlets. Disney & SeaWorld are close by, in case you're visiting parks. I took a star away due to the chaos during check-in, when multiple guests arrive & there are no visible areas asking people to queue because, so guests were cutting each other during the 4pm check in time. They do need signs or a stand that says "wait here," for those who obviously can't read. Also, after a certain time (6-7pm) the parking becomes full & you may have to walk a bit to your building if you can't find nearby parking. Other than that, the property is great, clean, & a good choice for families. Definitely recommended, but just be mindful of the busy times.
