Ok

Great location. Less touristy neighborhood.

Big thanks to the reception staff, they were very friendly and happy to help. The staff during the breakfast was worse, noone to ask for refill the food, the tables weren’t clean with desinfiction after use.. The room for 3 was very large as I didnt expext due to my experience in Paris. Also very clean, beds comfy. I appreciated the refill bottle for the room, very good idea! Thanks for everything

The experience was lovely. Check in was quick and easy, front desk staff were friendly and good at their job. Beds were big! I also liked the fun high fashion theme. My only criticism is that the bathroom does not have enough circulation, leading to minor mold growth in the corners of the shower. Many bathrooms have this and it's usually harmless, but fixing this or being more proactive in cleaning it will make everything perfect.

Overall good

Friendly staff. Very close to Metro. Close to food shops and restaurants. Straight runs on the metro to the center of town.

The room was a typical, small, Paris hotel room, but the overall standard of the hotel was not in line with other Mercure hotels. Breakfast, in particular, was especially disappointing, hidden away in the basement and with a very limited selection of average quality food. Location of the hotel is good if you need to be in the Place d'Italie area, but I wouldn't choose to stay here again otherwise.

Good location. Environment friendly

Room was clean, small bathroom! Need to update.

Smooth check in and out. The location is close to transit hub. The community is quiet and safe. A nearby mall is definitely a big advantage.
