Lovely, quiet area with a metro station just five minutes away, making it easy to reach the main attractions. The reception staff were excellent. On our first day, they gave us a map, highlighted key locations, and explained how to use the metro, which was incredibly helpful. Once they’d explained it, the metro was very easy to navigate. The room was clean, serviced daily, and perfectly adequate for what we needed.

This is my second stay at Jack’s hotel and still very happy with quality of stay. Hotel employees seem to be happy working there and are always eager to help. The rooms are small but well maintained. Noise level is low and hotel is centrally located in the 13th district, close to good restaurant and cafes walking distance. I highly recommend .

The front desk was extremely friendly, and I felt welcome. The second I walked in. The rooms were clean but a little outdated. It’s in a great location about five minutes from the metro. Walking distance to a lot of good restaurants. I recommend!

The quiet room with comfortable bed is spacious for 2 persons in Paris. The location is very close to metro train station and restaurants. The staff is very helpful to contact CDG airport baggage claim service because our luggage was delayed due to snow.

The hotel is spotless, and the staff were excellent. There is a metro station within a short walk that makes the location very convenient, without being in the center of the city. We were given room 001, which is off the breakfast room on the ground floor. It’s relatively small, but we had enough room for our needs. The rooms location made for a noisy couple of nights. Basically every time someone in the rooms above used the plumbing ( shower or toilet) we were awaken by the sounds of flushing water. For our second night, we used ear plugs, which resulted in a restful sleep. Would we use this hotel again? Absolutely.

Cheap clean hotel . But room extremely small

We enjoyed our stay here. The reception staff was very helpful and welcoming, especially Dawa. Room wasn't too big, but enough and very clean. They provided a crib for the baby which was helpful. We loved the organic and natural approach for the shampoo and hand soap. I also loved the magnifying mirror in the bathroom. Breakfast was good too. We would deffinitely recommend.

Valejiza, I think that’s how you spell her name was there on our arrival and was welcoming and very helpful. Unfortunately there was a fill in while the other permanent staff member was on holiday. So what we had then was a man that made us feel like we were invading his space and time. Interrupt him on his phone. But apart from that everything was clean and the leafy street was a beautiful view from our room. Hot water was instant for the shower. Location was brilliant. Thanks
