I picked this property to have breakfast included (at a fee) and the location. Found out upon arrival that the restaurant has been closed for a couple of months due to renovations. I was not notified by Expedia about this. Only found out when I checked in. Very disappointing. The bartenders Mike and Greg were wonderful. The other bartender had no personality and was very rude and abrupt.

El hotel está bien ubicado pero le falta mantenimiento y limpieza. En la habitación le falta mantenimiento y limpieza, la llave del agua caliente no funcionaba bien. El desayuno estuvo muy poco surtido y malo.

I liked that the hotel is within walking distance of everything. I didn’t like that one of the elevators was out of order. The room’s A/C was VERY loud when it on. The room was clean. You could hear a lot of what was going on in the hallway inside the room. The staff was nice.

1) I was misled that parking was “on site” this was only for valet parking $40/night.
2) was shocked breakfast was for a free. Usually with holiday inn it is included
3) valet guy was awesome and helpful
4) I was given a room off the elevator facing the street and it was LOUD all night long. I could hear ambulances and cars and music from outside which kept me awake most of the night.
