Staff very friendly . Rooms modern

Absolutely stunning interior. The outside does not do the hotel justice. The hotel floors are a little discombobulating, but the building inside is in stunning condition. Art, decor and staff are wonderful. Leisure or business, this is well worth the stay in Dunedin.

Location was great and staff were excellent. A lot is expected of the front desk staff who need more assistance for the checkout period. Breakfast was advertised to commence at 6.30 and for the two days we were there the breakfast arrived to work late both mornings which is totally unacceptable and reflects poorly on the Fable brand.

Room was average and we had issues with the heating. Bathroom is very small. Leak in the shower. Service was efficient.

We travel a lot but this was our first stay here . We were most impressed by our check in and our room .We used the valet parking and it was worth the cost . All the staff were very helpful. We would recommend this hotel .

Stairs were a lot more then advised due to this wouldn’t stay again as not suitable for a lot of bags etc

The Fable is a wonderful hotel with many thoughtful touches. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Dunedin.

Great place to stay! Beautiful hotel & friendly staff

A true 5* experience. Clean and tidy rooms, fantastic staff, and well located. I'll definitely be staying on my next trip to Dunedin.

Beautiful hotel in an ideal location, cocktails were fantastic and the staff were lovely.
