My 1 night stay was great! The hotel is modern and updated, the front desk staff is extremely helpful, room was clean and it had nice amenities such as a robe and house slippers. I would definitely stay there again and for a longer trip.

Great hotel with a great breakfast. Highly recommended

The room was good with a comfortable bed, a well-placed TV screen, work desk and two chairs. Loved that I could open a window and get fresh air which is becoming harder to find at hotels these days. Staff very helpful and friendly. Great cafe with excellent coffee just across the street and an easy walk to the city centre.

Your staff were very helpful at check in and departure. Our room was very clean with a comfy bed. The hotel is walking distance to a number of very good restaurants.

What a fabulous place to stay and Romano was an absolute delight and very welcoming on our arrival.

Had to ask for the heat to be turned on. After the room never got any warmer had to call front desk. They brought up a portable heater which did help. Turned heater off for the night and room temperature went back down by the morning. Also, it’s necessary to navigate stairs to get to room. Elevator does not open at floor level

The property was lovely, only down fall was the fact it was single glazed and the road noise was quite loud at times.

Made you feel welcome from the moment you walked through the door. Room was clean & present nicely, would definitely recommend anyone to stay here

great place to meet people. Found it hard to get a drink a couple of times when i was meeting with people as 3 bar staff were busy talking to each other and didn't seem to notice us waving for a drink. Took over a minute to get their attention.
