The room was nice but there was cockroaches in our bed

There is nothing to like to about this property. It is run down. Mismanaged and in shambles

It was convenient and close to many hospitals so I was able to take care of my mother who was sick at the time.

It’s safe and clean place, lots of space big rooms friendly staffs, terrace restaurant I like the place.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights from 13th to 15th Feb 2020. Although a little distance from the city center, it is a beautiful hotel with excellent, courteous and helpful staff ever eager to serve. The rooms are clean,spacious and thoughtfully appointed. The breakfast is great,offering many choices. It was a wonderful stay

Very nice service. Staff is friendly and supportive. Hotel services are as expected from Best western group. However location of hotel is not good for the family.

Had requested a King size bed but got 2 single beds which was a bit too narrow. Otherwise found the hotel neat and clean and staff efficient. Also found your checkout process quick and efficient . Unlike many hotels which keep you waiting for 15/20 minutes till they check your room physically - which is very irritating !!

It was well located as we were going to Lanka Hospital. Very friendly staff

It was good but the restaurant staff were not switched on, facilities were good but the amenities were so great.

It was a decent hotel and well worth the price. However it is well out of central Colombo (but only a cheap Tuk-Tuk ride away, maybe 10 minutes) The rooftop bar is decent, nothing fancy though. All in all, a decent stay for a decent price.
