Clean exseptabale Staff is very friendly and helpful Spa and laundry did not use during the visit

Place was not clean, airconditioning unit started leaking and made floor wet. We requested an iron and took 5 hours to get it. At first they told us breakfast was included but then charged us after we ate.

Large condo with excellent AC. Bathrooms poorly maintained. Could use a deep clean. Washing machine wasnt working. Can hear outside noise from traffic. Great view of the beach past road and railway.

I used to stay here most when I am in Colombo. Only thing inside the building needs to be renovated soon particularly the windows, doors & bathrooms.

Staff was brilliant. They were very kind, polite and efficient. Rooms require some TLC. Overall a pleasant and peaceful stay.

it was good

I am really sorry because of some reason the rooms and service very bad so it's OK so next time we will see what happens

Staff were very friendly. The room was large and serviced daily. My only complaint would be the swimming pool, it was under the 1st floor of rooms and open to the outside , this encouraged blackbirds to fly in and settle on the pipes above the swimming pool. Not very healthy. Some netting around the open areas would have stopped this.

The View is fabulous. Convenient location. Nothing More to Add.

Room very poor, breakfast good
