Disappointed to find out after I'd checked out that I had been charged for use of the gym which I had not used. Still waiting for hotel to get back to me.

I liked late check in at 22.30 I didn’t like paying $10 for a bottle of beer.

The staff were very welcoming.

Clean room, comfortable bed, lovely evening staff downstairs

Unfortunately my room was not very clean upon arrival. The bed was dirty and had hair all through it and the shower drain had an awful smell. The only car parking available is paid and off-site located one street over. The staff were very friendly and I was given late check-out with minimal notice which was greatly appreciated. It’s a good location in the centre of the city.

While parking available across the road there was no inconvenience. Nice boutique hotel with friendly staff and was clean and comfortable

The rooms are on the small side but we found it to be perfectly adequate for our short stay. The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable . We had a small issue of an incorrect room type at check in but it was sorted out very quickly by the young man on reception. The hotel is very conveniently located to the city and central station. TIP..if you arrive by train take the Wickham Terrace exit....stairs or lift available...cross over towards the small shopping arcade and follow the 'access to Astor Ave/ The terrace' sign (walking through the arcade) and it will take you very close to the Mantra hotel. Sooo much easier than dragging luggage up the hill to Edward st.

The room wasn't great as it had a bad smell. It had no windows that could be opened and no other ventilation. Disappointed with my stay here.
