A seamless process, the check-in process was without fault and covered everything needed to make the stay enjoyable, and the ladies on the check-out process were great. The room was great, will return on the future

The staff were very courteous & the lady on reception responded straight away by supplying extra coat hangers when requested.
There was an issue with the basin plug & some black and orange mould in the bathroom which we informed reception about on our departure & were assured would be looked into.
Nice kitchen; a sponge for wiping down benches would be a good idea.
Very convenient location & we appreciated the visitor parking facility.

The room wasn't as clean and the phone wasn't connected so i had to physically go to reception for all my needs including having our toiletries refreshed. On the plus side, the staff were exceptional esp Kyan who was so very patient and helped me with my numerous queries. AndTanya who helped me with another bed at late notice.
