The room itself was not bad, it did its job. The mattress was confortable the pillows were okay. The breakfast is worth it if you arrive before 8:30 because once the fruits are gone, there won't be more, so you can only eat bread and coffee, which if you consider the price, is still not bad. However, the Bathrooms were DISGUSTING to a level I cannot express. It was hot as a sauna, all the toilets were stinky, and all the showers full of hair and mold. I took a shower because I had to, but I honestly wanted to cry. DON'T forget your slippers or your sandals, believe me, you will not want to set a bare foot in that bathroom floor.

This is a basic but a really nice property, very conveniently located and has everything you need, very clean and well maintained too!

Great hotel for a family, good value for what it was. We were very happy with it. The air con could have been better, but the room was spacious enough and quiet. You can ask for extra pillows at reception. There is an amazing boulangerie within 5 minutes walk. We would stay here again. 10 minutes walk to the Metro.

This is hostel , not botel. From description it is not clear that most rooms don’t have private bathroom. But it was clean and beds are comfortable

Pretty central on everything. Close to metro and safe neighborhood.

Very comfy and clean place. However we were very surprised when we got into the room because there was no bathroom and we needed to share the bathroom/shower with other people. I traveled with my mom and this was a bit uncomfortable.

Christophe at reception very very helpful. But no kettle in the room and the bolt in the window is dangerous!

Amazing location for the hotel, however we stayed during the most recent heatwave in Paris. It was 34 degrees outside and the rooms have no air conditioning and no fans at all. Sleeping was a struggle.

Booked this hotel not realizing it was shared bathroom. It is kind of like a hostel. Did not use the amenities downstairs, and I thought breakfast was included. I need to read the fine print better next time. The room was sweltering hot with no air movement. The bathrooms were always being cleaned exactly when I went to use them. (8:30 am) It was quiet and an ok location for walking and train/ metro.

Air in the room was warmer than in the corridor. It was suffocating so wouldnt recommend that hotel during heat period. There were only three showers and toilets per gender for an entire floor : never managed in three days to see an available toilet. I understand the information mentionned did said the washroom and shower facilities were shared, but could have mentionned it was among 70-80 people.
