The desk staff at check could have been more welcoming. Didn't explain not one thing of the hotel. It was our first time in Europe, I had to come back down to learn how to turn on light in room. They gave me the pool towel cards. But never told me where to return pool towels. Upon check out they asked me for the towels that I had already turned in to the floor house keeper. They explained the restaurant hours or breakfast. The room TV didn't have the ability to change language to English.

Hotel doesn’t really carry the Marriott prestige.

Great room and great location

It was terrible because u guys didn't want to refund me !!!!

The rates are attractive.

Great location! Almost adjoining the Vélodrome! Centrally located near metro and buses. Lovely hotel. Small pool and outside area. Great staff and food. Would recommend!

The food in the restaurant was excellent and the staff was very accommodating and helpful. Very convenient to the Vélodrome.

The location was great to see Olympique the Marseille!!, the hotel was great, the staff was nice, except for Virginie , we were ordering at the restaurant but , our food was taking so long and she really didn’t care, because she was focus on other people’s order, thank goodness Sebastian understood what Happened and he gave my son a free non alcoholic fruit cocktail and he enjoyed it a lot, so 10 points for Sebastien 0 for Virginie

Great location if you are planning to go to the stadium and great front desk staff

Great location but felt this was a tired hotel in desperate need of a makeover. Air con was poor, room service was slow. On a positive the restaurant was attentive serving decent snack food.
