Wonderful stay! Great location

"Great views and facilities, but lacking in basic amenities." The room offered a stunning view and the facilities were top-notch. However, I was disappointed to find that the standard room amenities were almost non-existent.

This hotel is superb , We had a fabulous upgrade as it was my daughters birthday , Reception staff were amazing special mention to Victoria , In a perfect spot on the harbour , We walked 5 mins to a cafe for breakfast up behind the hotel , The patisseries are in incredible with fresh orange , a busy bar area located a short 2 min walk away with loads of restaurants , but dinner is not served until after 7 everyone served drinks until then . The station is a short walk away as is the metro , we took the metro and train then uber to cassis around €15 each , metro and train to Provence Aix , €20each , the hotel food was great too , rooms are super clean , There are some areas in Marseille centre that are a bit dodgy but you know as soon as you turn a back street corner . The area around the hotel felt very safe . The pool was lovely too . I would stay again it smelt amazing too

We were in a room with a view to the courtyard which had a tree - we were unable to open the window because there were no screens. We opened them when we got there but ended up with mosquitoes and flies. It was awful. We had to put the a/c all the way up but we ended up with bites all over. The front desk was no help.

Was so pleasantly surprised that the room and everything else in it were so clean. No unsightly stains on the linen and bedsheets too. Actually everything looks v clean, from the business centre to the hotel interior and the gym. The staff received us warmly and helped with little requests during the 5 nights stay. Only a few min walk from the metro, will highly recommend. Would like more firmer pillow choices for the room though.

The location is perfect, right on the port with many shops and restaurants nearby. We had a lovely view of the port.

Room was spacious, well decorated. Bathroom was modern and a good size.
