Good hotel and very helpful staff and front desk. They me ideal room 1303 amazing viewing, Thank you for looking after us.

The hotel itself was good and the second room we received was comfortable, but the overall experience was disappointing because of the poor customer service. The air conditioner in our original room was not working, so I contacted the reception for help. Unfortunately, the staff were rude and unwilling to assist us, repeatedly saying that no other rooms were available. After struggling for hours in an uncomfortable room, I finally had a serious argument with the manager in the lobby around 11 PM. Only then did they suddenly arrange another room for us. The replacement room was much better and comfortable, which showed that a solution was possible from the beginning. The issue was not the hotel itself, but the way the situation was handled by the staff. Better customer service and professionalism would have made a big difference.

Great hotel and great stuff

Great hotel, clean, well served, friendly staff always try to help you. But the view was cemetery side.

The hotel was great in terms of size and quality of the room. The location was quite isolated and info online at hotels.com was very misleading in regard to proximity to public transport - this needs to be doubled. So 15-20 min walk to tram and train, etc.

Great room, amazing staff and they provided us with all the amenities. If we had a problem, they resolved it straight away! Definitely would recommend this place.

This hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of busy streets and provides much more quiet stay for us. There is parking underground which is very convenient. The rooms and bathrooms are always clean but sometimes miss

We really enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly and had made sure everything was ready for us. Clean rooms and a good selection of food. Good restaurant and Spa/Gym & Pool area.
