Large hotel in a central location. Easy access to the trams and a gentle walk to the main square - 15 mins max. Had a fantastic room overlooking the mausoleum, wasn’t bothered by tram or traffic noise, as other guests have commented -though it’s nice to hear a bustling city. Breakfast was typical Turkish fare, my husband was surprised to see soup, chips and chicken nuggets!! We had booked an executive room, which was a great size as we were in Istanbul for seven days. The executive lounge experience is underwhelming - the decor and furnishing is very dated akin to going into your “Grandmother’s” lounge. Also there is very limited food, we did go in for an early dinner about 17.30 but the gentleman in front of me spent most of his time picking all the beef from the food server - so vegetable stew left for everyone else. There were three small sandwiches about the size of one’s thumb for snacks, this was quite poor considering the extra paid was not a paltry amount. The lady who worked in there was lovely, very courteous and thoughtful remembered your drink of choice. The gentleman working there was the total opposite. Booked this hotel as there is no beach in Istanbul and like to have a swim after a long day walking. The, hammam, steam/sauna were ok. The pool was horrendous, black mould on walls and ceiling, overpowering smell of damp and mould. There were a few loungers at the top end of the pool, the lighting was dark and depressing, I imagine they were going

I had an excellent experience from the moment I arrived. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. As soon as my taxi pulled up, someone was there to assist me with my luggage, which made me feel valued and cared for right away. What stood out most was the professionalism of the staff and their commitment to maintaining confidentiality, privacy, and security. These were very important to me, and throughout my stay I felt safe, respected, and protected. The team was supportive, compassionate, and always available whenever I needed assistance. I am truly grateful for the outstanding care and service I received and would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a safe, professional, supportive, clean environment. The area is close to most facilities which made my visit more easy.

Awesome location and very clean hotel. Breakfast was great

Outstanding

The staff helped my wife plan my birthday celebration, the room was all decked out, the breakfast buffet was nice. I gained a few pounds. The hotel was close to most of the tourist attractions.

Good location to food, groceries, tram.

Good hotel to stay at with lots of amenities.

Clean room, nice breakfast and perfect location

Very comfortable room - hotel reception was very good and the support from the concierge was excellent - transport arrangements to hotel from airport and back to airport area were really good . Club lounge was good. Breakfast was copious and the staff were very helpful and pleasant - it was extremely well managed and efficient.
