Our stay was amazing, we checked in early with no fees courtesy of one of the very polite staff, Amin. Room was very clean as well and comfy. Breakfast was also good, not very spacious but staff were quite attentive and polite! Would definitely go back!

We had a warm welcome from Raheem, who checked us in and explained about the hotel services and restaurant. Room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet, which ensured a good night's sleep. We had dinner and breakast at the hotel which were good.

The room was good, would love to have a door in the bathroom though. The air conditioning didn't work on arrival but upon reporting it, the staff was kind enough to have it looked at straight away

Walking from the busy street into reception, immediately felt calming. The hotel reception had a lovely smell and the staff were very welcoming. We found Nina particularly helpful. The room felt light and airy. We liked the controllers for adjusting lighting, heating and the AC. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed we’ve ever slept and the room was extremely quiet. L The bathroom was modern and we enjoyed the Espa toiletries. The cleaning team were busy getting rooms ready as we checked out. They deserve a special mention as they were lovely and work so hard to achieve good standards. I also liked being able to book and pay for this hotel with Clubcard Points.

Staff were great and hotel was lovely, great location my only moan was the shower was a dribble and no hand soap in the dispenser. Other than that it was fine and I would go back

All the staff were absolutely lovely, the room facilities were fabulous. The breakfast was yummy and so was their dinner menu!

Great room, bar was great and friendly as well helpful staff.

The check in was really easy and the staff were lovely. The menu for dinner was limited and the service was slow. Breakfast was help yourself and had plenty of choice, one waitress was extremely rude. The room was clean and spacious.

Really loved my stay at Park Plaza. Staff were very helpful and had someone fix my bathroom sink ASAP. Rooms were very nice, quiet, and comfortable.
