Very functional room and clean. Breakfast buffet was pretty good.

The room was clean and was cleaned everyday including fresh towels. There’s a decent amount of parking with only £20 a night which we thought was good. Staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was really good a lot to choose from.

Had to wait 10 mins to check in, as there was no one on reception at 3pm. Spoke to a cleaner, who wasn't prepared to help, or find a member staff to help check us in. Rip off parking prices.

Great hotel

Lovely room and great breakfast. Not many staff around so had to hang about quite a bit at check in and during breakfast. We did go for breakfast at the busiest time, so did not expect perfection, but it looked like there was only one staff member doing everything and was rushed off her feet. The staff uniform was not obvious so it was hard to know if anyone else was working or just a guest. Very accessible to the Piccadilly line tube. Very quiet at night so sleep quality was great.

Rooms were nice and clean stayed for 2 nights had a nice meal first night in the hotel staff were nice and friendly plus it’s very close to the underground station very easy to get to

We really enjoyed our stay and the staff was very helpful in assisting me with contacting the police authority in filing my report for being pick pocketing on the train. Again, the gentleman at the front desk from India (sorry for not remembering your name, but he lived in Orlando at one time) was very helpful and have great customer service skills. Thank you

Very nice hotel, helpful staff and great breakfast

Nice cold air con on a warm evening, super king bed was great, breakfast decent too. 10 minutes in an Uber to Wembley.
