This proved a good option. Good location and room was fine, clean and had a fan - which was useful in the heat. Breakfast was basic but nice and the table had your room number on it which was a nice touch, saving trying to scramble about for a place, more hotels should do that. Reception seemed to suffer from under staffing at night but there was a number if you had an issues. Only thing, there is no lift, not ideal with heavy suitcases, but reception would have helped if we asked. Would stay again.

The room was clean, though on the third floor during a heat wave with no air conditioning, it was insanely hot. The hotel provided a fan, but there really was no cross ventilation. The bathroom was small, and nearly impossible to close the door if one was sitting on the toilet. I suppose if no one else is in the room, and this is truly a single, that shouldn’t matter. But still it’s not fun to have your knees slammed if you decide to close the door. The sink in the bathroom is about the size of a sink in an airplane bathroom. Everything worked, and it’s a good place to sleep if you don’t want to spend a lot of time in your hotel room.

Excellent no frills hotel, only issue was we where there during a heat wave and thus the lack of air conditioning was unfortunate.

Please make it clear that because there's only one socket, there is a four socket strip in one of the drawers.

Just because the room can maybe fit 3 beds and sleep 4 people does not mean it should. We couldn’t move- there was no room for our stuff. The bathroom was the size of a closet. We were there in the middle of a heat wave and the window only opened a crack and the fan did absolutely nothing. Oh and our towels wouldn’t dry, but a new one cost a pound!!! And if you didn’t show up to breakfast early everything was gone.

This hotel is a pit. We had a quad room and there was no space for suitcases. There was barely enough room to walk between the beds. The bathroom is smaller than what you’d have on a cruise ship. Each of us was given a tiny packet of shampoo and another of shower gel. We arrived late at night and didn’t see the stains on the sheets until morning. It was disgusting. The location is very close to Paddington station but that is the only good thing I can say.

Friendly staff clean room

ADRINA was the only highlight of our trip, she was truly a star. So many rules at this hotel, can not eat before your breakfast alotted time, even when breakfast was completely set up, and you had an early tour. You can pay for towels as towels dont get changed before your 4th day is up. Rooms were ok, Bathroom very very tiny, beds were ok Very very close to Paddington Station, another bonus. But next time id choose a different hotel to stay at.
