We enjoyed our stay here. We are a family of 5 and the room had 1 double and 3 twin beds which was perfect. The room and bathroom were tight, but I was just happy that it fit us all. The shower was complicated and after 3 of us plus housekeeping weren't able to figure it out, maintenance arrived quickly and showed us how to use it. It is a great location just a few blocks from Paddington Station which makes the whole city accessible. Just make sure you use the Praed Street exit from Paddington Station. We ended up going out the Bishop’s Bridge Road / Canalside exit which was a pain with luggage and the cobblestone paths and then had to make a detour around the construction at the hospital which ended up taking us about 30 minutes to get to the hotel. Using the Praed Street exit was only about 5-7 minutes. There was a standalone AC unit that kept the room cool. The breakfast was very nice and they were even accommodating with my son's request for hot chocolate.

Good location near Paddington station and restaurants. Small room but had everything we needed. A cooler was set up for us when we arrived into the room. Little fridge and thankfully a lift for the heavy cases. Breakfast was good with variety and helpful staff.

Nice place for one night before heading to Southampton for a cruise. Great, helpful staff. Very friendky

A localização é excelente, o pequeno almoço razoável. Ficamos num 4° piso e o elevador só ia até ao 3°. Subíamos umas escadas estreitas para aceder ao quarto. Eramos 2 adultos e 1 criança e o quarto era pequeno, sem muito espaço para pousar as malas ou pendurar a roupa. O wc era minúsculo e o banho tinha que ser bem rápido pois a base do chuveiro enchia e podia causar inundação. A porta não fechava por dentro mas nao sentimos insegurança. O barulho da porta do quarto ao lado era tão próximo qie as primeiras vezes parecia que estavam a entrar no nosso quarto. A tv não tinha qualquer canal ativo. Avisamos a recepção mas não adiantou. No geral, diria que é razoável e serviu os nossos propósitos. Para uma estadia rápida e se não fores muito exigente, é uma boa escolha.

Worst possible stay here, location was great, room was ok and the kitchen staff was helpful and great. Elevator was a horrible experience, too small, often not working, very terrible. Rooms were ok, for the price probably not worth it but fine, so was the cleanliness. Front desk staff kept asking me for entirety of my trip to provide an ID for their records. Constantly wasting my time in check-in to every single time I passed by the reception. Terrible attitude, no hotel policy was shown to me which requires for hotel to record my personal ID details such as driving licence and passport. Legally it's not allowed as well and I was sent bogus and incorrect information about the law as well. I told them I need to see the hotel policy but there was none and infact that policy is to just show the ID. The front desk staff when showed my passport scan was trying to remember the numbers etc. this is not acceptable at any cost. Avoid this garbage hotel. I came to de stress my self as had anxiety and stress and this hotel staff made it even worse. When I kept telling you are stressing me the staff told me it's not stressful at all. I have not seen such a terrible hotel and service anywhere else in the UK. Avoid at all costs and also check if the same owner owns more than one hotel and avoid all of them.

Close walking distance to paddington station; free breakfast. Rooms small but it was expected. Clean. Great for sleeping. AC worked good !! Reception helpful for recommendations.
