The pictures of the hotel are a little deceiving especially for the price per night it’s dirtier and not as well maintained as it appears.

Staff was friendly and the place was clean.

No complaints

Great location, and we enjoyed the amenities of the pool, roof top deck, and small but useful fitness area when we weren’t exploring. Front desk help was almost non existent, as in no one even up there multiple times. At check in I asked a few questions regarding surrounding area & the nearby train (the L) stops I pre researched, and front desk employee didn’t attempt to even engage in the conversation and brushed me off. Shower head, few things in bathroom didn’t work well. Unfortunately on our 2nd night we had a few terribly loud surrounding guests all through the middle of the night. But I realize that doesn’t have to do with the property, but realization that lower price points can attract a bit more chaos.

Had room service

My room had a horrible smell at arrival so did the staircases. However, the fire smoke was the day before my arrival so not sure if the window unit ACs brought the smoke in. Pay for 2 state get 2 stars.

Everything was lovely and low stress. Stiff beds though

Only one elevator. My family of 8 could not fit on the elevator at the same time. The refrigerator was not cold.

Awesome

Basically okay, but not the greatest. My room, and actually the whole hallway smelled musty, and I could hear a lot of noise from outside.
